CITADELLA VICTORIA - GOZO PART 2

Hello everybody :)

I hope you are ok ! This is another step about my escape at Gozo : discovering la citadella at Ir-Rabat.

"The Citadel of Gozo, also known as Castello is a set of fortifications overlooking the city of Ir-Rabat, capital of the island of Gozo belonging to the Maltese archipelago. Until the beginning of the 17th century, it was the only fortified refuge for the inhabitants of the island against barbarian and Ottoman attacks."

I took so many pictures, it was very cool to walk around the remparts and feel the atmosphere ! The view was also amazing! I spent about 1h30 in there and the weather changed quickly rainy to sunny (as you can see the could on those pics!)

J'espère que vous allez bien ! Voici une autre étape de mon tour à Gozo : la découverte de la citadelle à Ir-Rabat.

"La citadelle de Gozo, aussi appelée Castello, est un ensemble de fortifications "La Citadelle de Gozo, aussi connue sous le nom de Castello est un ensemble de fortifications dominant la ville d'Ir-Rabat, capitale de l'île de Gozo appartenant à l'archipel maltais. Jusqu'au début du xviie siècle, c'est le seul refuge fortifié pour les habitants de l'île contre les attaques barbaresques et ottomanes."

J'ai pris tellement de photos, c'était très cool de se promener dans les remparts :) et de sentir l'atmosphère ! la vue était aussi incroyable ! J'y ai passé environ 1h30 et le temps a changé en une seconde : il a plu et après un beau soleil (comme vous pouvez le voir sur ces photos !)
